Allegiant economy seats: what to know

How to compare Allegiant Economy locations, cabin versions and the seat-selection conditions attached to your trip.

Updated October 31, 2026

Choose in advance when the location matters

Allegiant permits paid advance seat selection and otherwise assigns a seat during check-in. Compare the price of the selected seat with the importance of its position for your party. A ticket purchase alone does not identify the location you will receive.

Check the exit-row conditions

Allegiant describes exit-row selection for qualifying passengers. Use the airline’s eligibility rules before considering the space benefit, and compare the particular row’s restrictions. A family or passenger with an assistance requirement should resolve eligibility directly with the airline.

Finalize before your boarding pass

Allegiant’s seating guidance limits changes after a boarding pass has been printed and at airport check-in. Review the seat selection before that stage rather than postponing a desired change. Confirm current rules in Manage Travel because a schematic is not a reservation tool.
